  1. In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with coconut aminos, olive oil, garlic powder (if using), ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Sauté the sliced onion, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots until they start to soften.
  4. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried thyme to the vegetables. Stir to combine. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss everything together.
  5. Pour in the bone broth and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish the Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry with fresh chopped cilantro.
