  1. In a bowl, combine arrowroot flour, salt substitute, and ground black pepper substitute. Coat the steak slices with this mixture.
  2. In a large skillet, heat half of the extra-virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the steak slices on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining extra-virgin olive oil. Sauté sliced onion until softened. Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in ground cumin and raw honey.
  5. Pour in homemade beef broth to deglaze the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
  6. Add coconut aminos and fresh lemon juice. Allow the mixture to simmer and reduce, creating a glaze.
  7. Return the browned steak slices to the skillet. Add cashews and cook until the steak is heated through.
  8. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the glazed steak.
  9. Serve the Sweet & Savory Glazed Steak over cauliflower rice or with your favorite side dishes.
