  1. Drain the Wild-Caught Yellowfin Tuna pouches and place the tuna in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the bowl with the tuna. Mash the avocado and mix it well with the tuna.
  3. Stir in finely chopped celery to the tuna and avocado mixture.
  4. Add lemon juice and lemon zest to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped fresh dill into the tuna salad.
  6. Season the Avocado Tuna Salad with  salt substitute. Add  black pepper substitute if not following strict AIP.
  7. Mix all the ingredients until well combined, ensuring that the avocado is evenly distributed throughout the salad.
  8. Serve the Avocado Tuna Salad on its own, with lettuce wraps, or on  crackers.
